For those needing an alternative to online testing, the Department is offering in-person testing for all pesticide exams.  Due to COVID social distancing and occupancy restrictions or limited locations.  Please check the website often, as occupancy restrictions and location availability may change frequently. 

Please be advised that due to COVID restrictions,  we cannot guarantee that these exam sessions will be held or if class size reductions may be required. Please continue to regularly check the website for updates.  

Test Location Rules:

 

Preregistration is required for all exam sessions.

No Walk-Ins will be allowed.

Mask Policy:  Properly worn face coverings are required at all times within the testing locations.  Those unable or unwilling to abide by the mask restrictions are directed to our online examination system.

Pencils and calculators will not be provided.  Calculators must be simple function calculators.  No smart phones or smart devices will be allowed.

Do not come to a testing session if:

  • If you have a fever greater than 100.4 F.
  • If you or a household member have tested positive for COVID-19.
  • If you are experiences COVID-19 symptoms.
  • If you are unable or unwilling to comply with the mask policy or other social distancing. restrictions.

 

How to Sign Up:

  1. Find a location.  Locations are listed by city.
  2. Click on the sign-up link.  You will be taken to a scheduling screen.
  3. Click on the proctor for the exam.
  4. Find the date you would like.  If the date is bold, the class has space available.  Click on the date.
  5. Click on the start time to open the reservation window.
  6. You DO NOT need to create an account for the Setmore Scheduler.  Scroll down and you will see the option to "skip login process>>".  Click that link or create an account. 
  7. Please include your name, email and phone number in the reservation window.  We may need to contact you if your exam session is cancelled or modified due to COVID restrictions.  You do not need to provide your address.
  8. Confirm your information and "Book" your class.
  9. If you could not find an open location, please check the IDA website often.  We plan to add locations and sessions as COVID restrictions allow.  The number of in-person testing opportunities will be very limited.  The Department recommends individuals take advantage of the online testing opportunities whenever possible.
