​​Population-Based Outcome Goals (PBOGs)

The Population-Based Outcome Goals (PBOGs) are high-level views of Illinois' population of children and youth. It is expected that projects that move the Key Performance Indicators, which are more narrowly focused, will also affect the PBOGs. Below are the goals for a safe population of children and youth.
