​DoIT offers Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 portal setup and hosting services for agencies interested in internal collaboration, external collaboration, organizational portals, business process workflow, web content management and business intelligence. This hosted service is ideal for storing project documents in a central location and sharing them with others. By using SharePoint lists, libraries and web parts, team members can work more efficiently and productively. DoIT offers both an Internal and an External farm depending on the type of collaboration.

  • To ensure the security and stability of SharePoint Farms, custom built Farm solutions are not permitted. A Solution using either the App model or Sandboxed solutions are permitted

Ordering and Provisioning

DoIT Responsibilities

Agency Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement agency governance to ensure staff compliance with DoIT incident reporting and request requirements
  • Information to create Active Directory accounts
  • Maintaining agency and service contact lists
  • Placing service order via the Enterprise Service Catalog
  • Providing a valid billing number
  • Two site administrators 

Service Levels and Metrics

Service Fulfillment/Provisioning
Staff will respond to service requests during the published business hours. DoIT targets to provision this service within 2 days.
 
Incident Response and Resolution
All incidents reported to DoIT will be captured in the DoIT service management ticketing system and addressed according to the Incident Management Guidelines.
