Until further notice, all Administrative Law
Section (ALS) motion calls will be conducted by telephone or virtually. Parties are
not expected to appear in person. Parties are responsible for making sure
the Commission has correct telephone numbers. Each Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) will communicate details on their Motion Call practice.
For parties having motion calls before Judge Michael J. Evans or Judge Mariette Lindt, please call 312-814-6269 before your next scheduled appearance for important schedule information.
The electronic filing system is not intended to handle voluminous filings. If you wish to file a motion with the Administrative Law Section (ALS) with extensive supporting documentation, you can file the motion itself electronically (meeting any applicable deadlines), but you should send hard copies of the supporting documents to the Commission through U. S. mail.

as in full force and effect. Attached is Executive Order 2020-30.
