Who to Contact

​ILogin will be used by many applications supporting many different state agencies. To ensure you are assisted in the most efficient way, please use this guide to determine who to contact. 

When communicating with the customer support, please indicate the issue and at what step in the process you are having the problem with your ILogin account access (Activation email, password, MFA methods, Experian Identity Verification, Application-related issues).  Also state what application you are trying to access with your ILogin.

Account Problems

Problems creating an account

If you are having problems creating an account within either the IDES UI (Unemployment Insurance) or IDPH Vax Verify / Immunization Portal applications, please try using the standard ILogin account creation by following our How To Guide for Register and Activate your Account

Problems logging in

If you are having problems logging into an application, then please try logging into the ILogin Portal directly using our How To Guide for sign in, to determine if it is a problem with your account or your access to the application.
