OAPP Update – April 5, 2021

The Opioid Alternative Pilot Program (OAPP) was launched by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) on January 31, 2019. The OAPP provides access to medical cannabis for individuals who have or could receive a prescription for opioids as certified by a physician licensed in Illinois.
