The Becoming an Outdoors Woman application is now electronic! There are two links below. The first link is the electronic application. Once you click the first link, you will be taken to a PowerForm Signer Information page. Here you will enter your name and email address and click BEGIN SIGNING. Follow the instructions to fill out and sign the application. Click FINISH and your application will be received by Mitch Ingold.
The second link will take you to the Illinois Conservation Foundation page where you will remit your payment. The cost for the class is $260.00.
At this payment site, you will be able to add funds to the scholarship option if you so choose. You will also be able to add funds to defray costs of the platform and credit card fees. This is also a voluntary contribution if you elect to do so.
The classes are on a first come, first served basis. We are anticipating room for 75 participants. The application form will produce an electronic timestamp showing when the application was received by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. This is the timestamp we will use to set the order of applications received to populate classes. However, we ask that you pay the course fee as soon as you fill out the application.
