You may contact the Provider participation Unit (PPU) at any time if you are an active administrator for a provider or payee, and have questions about registration, authorization or other problems not answered in the Help documentation or elsewhere. To contact the PPU,
Click the Manage My Account link on the left-side navigation bar
Select the provider or payee business you have questions about by clicking the select radiobutton next to the HFS ID Number.
Click the Display button.
Click the Change button.
At the bottom of the page, there is a link to contact the PPU. Click the PPU link.
Review the contact information and determine how you want to contact the PPU:
To send an e-mail to the PPU:
The From text box should already be pre-populated with your e-mail address. If not, enter your e-mail address.
Enter the subject of your e-mail message in the Subject text box
Type your message in the Message text box
Click Submit
Warning: Do not send confidential information to the PPU in an e-mail. If you need to discuss confidential information with the PPU, please contact Network Services.
