Navigating the Manage My Account Pages

Once you have accepted the User Security Agreement, you will be allowed to access your Manage My MEDI Account page. Look for the Manage My Account link in the left-side navigation bar. It should be displayed as long as you are in the MEDI application.

You can use the Contact Us link to send HFS an e-mail for questions or concerns you cannot find in the Help system.

Manage My MEDI Account

Provides a list of your business associations along with their status and any applications for which you have access. Accessed by clicking on the Manage My Account link in the left-side navigation bar.

Business Association Display Page

Provides all information about a business, including the sender and receiver information required for inbound and outbound files. Accessed by selecting a business association and clicking on the Display button on the Manage My MEDI Account page.

Contact PPU

Allows provider and payee administrators to request information regarding current enrollment information. Accessed from the Change Registration Information page.

Contact Us

Allows you to send an e-mail to HFS. Accessed by clicking on the Contact Us link in the left-side navigation bar.

Change Registration Information

Provides a way to update your personal and business registration information. Accessed by clicking the Change button on the Business Assn Display page.
