If you want to view what HIPAA information is required for a business you are associated with,
click on the Manage My Account link on the left-side navigation bar.
Select the business for which you want to view the HIPAA information. To do this, click the Select radio button next to the business you want to view to select it.
Click on the Display button located on the top or bottom of the page.
The HIPAA information is displayed at the bottom of the page.
