Adding A New Business Location

To add a new business location for a business that is already registered, you must select the same business type registration as the currently registered business.

Note: You cannot register a new location for a payee number. Payee numbers are unique to a specific location.

Registration starts at the MEDI Registration Menu, available from the left-side navigation bar. Click on the Registration Menu link.
From the MEDI Registration Menu, select the business type you want to register

Medicaid provider
Other Business

Complete the fields required on the appropriate registration page and click Submit.
