Composition:11 appointed by Governor: 1 administrator of public housing authority from municipality with population not over 2,000,000; 2 representing the homeless, single-parent families, the elderly, or persons with physical or mental disabilities; 4 from community organizations developing or operating low-income or very low-income housing programs; 4 from advocacy organizations, including 1 from tenants’ organizations; The Governor shall consider nominations made by advocacy organizations and community-based organizations; EX-OFFICIO Director, Housing Development Authority (or designee); Director, Illinois Finance Authority (or designee); Director, DCEO (or designee); Commissioner, Chicago Department of Housing.
