Title:Logan Square, Avondale and Hermosas Expanded Mental Health Services Program and Governing Commission
Function:The Governing Commission shall maintain the expanded mental health services fund for the purposes of paying the costs of administering the Program and carrying out its duties under this Act, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth in this Act.
Term:2 will serve 3-year terms, 2 will serve 1-year terms, and 1 member will serve a 2-year term; All following terms will be for 3 years

Composition:The LSAH EMHSP Fund will be overseen by a 9-member commission with 5 members appointed by the Governor and 4 by the Mayor. 4 must be chosen from a list of nominees supplied by community organizations in LSAH; they must be residents of LSAH; 1 must be a mental health profession and 1 a mental health consumer
