There may be times when you need to indicate you are no longer working or associated with a business. To do so,
Click on Manage My Account. The Manage My MEDI Account page is displayed with your current business associations.
Select the business for which you want to terminate your relationship. To do this, click the Select radio button next to the business you want to select it.
Click on the Display button located on the top or bottom of the page.
Verify this is the business you want to terminate by checking the HFS ID Number and business type. Click on the Change button located on the top or bottom of the page.
Click the "Click Here if You No Longer Work for this Business" check box to select it, and click Submit.
If there were no errors, you will be returned to your Manage My MEDI Account page. The business will no longer be displayed. Check the displayed business associations to verify it has been removed.
