To add a new administrator to an already registered business, the new administrator must register using the same business type registration as when the business was initially registered.
Registration starts at the Registration Menu.
From the Registration Menu, select the business type you want to register
Complete the fields required on the appropriate registration page and click Submit. In order to associate yourself with the already registered business, you must enter the following information exactly as it currently exists in the MEDI System when you register:
Provider Business - provider identification number, provider name and provider type
Payee Business - payee identification number and payee name
Payor Businesss - payor number, payor name and FEIN
Other Business - tax identification number and type
From this point, the handling is dependent on the specific type of business registration selected. Select the registration type you are registering below for further instructions:
Payee Administrator - no further action is required on your part
Payor Administrator - no further action is required on your part
