I didn't receive a recovery email

If you haven't received your recovery email:
  1. Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders
    It's possible that the email we tried to send you was caught by your email's spam or bulk mail filter. If you don't find the email in these folders, add IdentityManagement@illinois.gov to your address book or the list of allowed addresses on your filter, then try to recover your username again.
  2. Try the recover process again
     It's possible that you might have entered a typo in your email address when you recovered your ID. Try to recover your username
  3. Verify you are using your recovery email address
    If the email address you entered is not your recovery email address, you will not receive an email. Please ensure you are entering the email address that is associated with your account. If you no longer have access to your recovery email address, create a new account.
