How do I sign up for a Illinois Public ID

Link to the Create a new account webpage.
Input your First Name, Last Name.
Input your Primary Email Address (you may use either your business or personal email address).
Input and Confirm your Email Address.
Input/create your Illinois Public Account by following the criteria listed on the screen.
Input/create a password of your choice. Enter a password that conforms to State of Illinois Password Complexity Requirements.
Input and Confirm Password.
Click on the Register Button.
An email will be sent to your Primary Email Address. To complete the registration process, you will need to confirm your account by clicking on the link in the email (confirmation is required within an hour of sign-up).
