Must contain characters from three of the following categories:

English UPPERCASE characters (A through Z)
English lowercase characters (a through z)
Base 10 numbers (0 through 9)
Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

Passwords may not contain your Login ID, First Name, or Last Name
Minimum password length is eight (8) characters
